Sledding
On Sunday Dad, Ellen and I went sledding. Sledding is always something Ellen I like to do. We like to go down the hill altogether on a big sled. Sometimes Ellen and I like to take turns going down with Dad. It is really fun.

Craft Club is an activity I do with Hunter and Becca two times a month. This time Hannah, an old member, came. Last Craft Club we did ribbon embroidery and made roses. They are very pretty.

Our Family Pet
This is my family's pet. She is a Vizsla and she has a lot of energy. She always wants to be with us. Sometimes we let her be up on her bed and chew on a bone. Once she was sitting on her bed and she saw Ellen's knitting needles and chewed them up.

Learning How to Spin Wool
Becca, Hunter, and I went to a weaving and spinning demonstration. That inspired Becca and I to want to learn how to spin our own yarn. Our dads made us each a drop spindle. Becca helped me get started. I bought this wool at a local yarn shop. I can't wait to use this yarn.

Family Dominoes
On most Saturday nights we go to my grandma's house and play Dominoes. It is really fun. Sometimes my cousins and I play house instead of playing Dominoes.

Baby Hat
I made a baby hat like this for cousin, Amilia, who was born in August. Amilia's hat was all pink. She looked very cute in it. For this hat I used Patons Grace yarn.

Lincoln Log Cabin State Historical Site
In August of 2008 our family went to our family reunion in Illinois. We always try to visit the Lincoln Log Cabin State Historical Site. This is a picture of my sister and I, standing in front of Thomas Lincoln's (Abraham Lincoln's father) home.
